RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Jeevan Jyoti Ayurveda, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund (excluding shipping and gift-wrapping costs) under the following conditions:
Returns
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the returned products reach our warehouse within this timeframe.

Return Conditions

Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform us immediately.

- Please return the damaged item along with its original packaging.

Postage for Returns: Please note that we do not refund postage expenses incurred when returning goods.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days upon receiving the returned items. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account, as processing may take additional time.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellations can be made without any questions asked.
- For prepaid orders, a small fee may be deducted for payment processing.
- Please reach out to our Customer Care team to facilitate the cancellation.
Replacement Guarantee
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange it as soon as we receive the returned item. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Conditions for Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Used products
- Return requests made outside the specified timeframe
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, labels, or tags
Partial Returns
If you ordered multiple items, you can return part of your order. Please note that any shipping charges for the partial return will be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Policy
To request an exchange for unused products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
